Responsibilities:

Manage different types of projects including residential, commercial, and minor works.
Conduct on-site project management, operations, and coordination across various project sites.
Identify project risks and actively develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in project management.
Fluent Chinese speaking skills.
Singaporean or Malaysian nationality.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
Proficiency with project management software and tools, along with the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Create and develop highly creative, imaginative, and artistic interior design concepts for commercial and residential spaces.
Produce comprehensive 3D visualizations, layouts, and technical drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Overlook and manage design projects from initial concept through to final build and execution.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Designer.
Must submit a comprehensive sample portfolio showcasing previous projects.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in interior design or a related field.
Solid knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods in Singapore.
Proven expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization.

Utilize specialized quantity surveying software and tools to manage accurate project costings.
Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to maintain project financial controls.

Requirements:

Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Degree preferred).
Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation, contract administration, and project management principles.
Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or lead a team.
