Project Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Manage different types of projects including residential, commercial, and minor works.
  • Conduct on-site project management, operations, and coordination across various project sites.
  • Identify project risks and actively develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Fluent Chinese speaking skills.
  • Singaporean or Malaysian nationality.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools, along with the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise on-site operations and coordinate daily tasks between the project teams and subcontractors.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Designer.

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in interior design or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods in Singapore.
  • Proven expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization.

Responsibilities:

  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Degree preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation, contract administration, and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
