Established in 2018, Divine Space was born from the combined vision and expertise of Alvin Tan, founder of Divine Space, and Wayne Lee, founder of Vimbox. This partnership brings together decades of industry experience and a shared passion for innovation in design and construction.

With a team of over 50 highly skilled professionals, the company has rapidly gained recognition for its high standards and comprehensive capabilities. Certified as BCA builders and licensed HDB contractors, Divine Space has solidified its place as a trusted name in Singapore’s construction and design industry. Founded in 2018 through the combined expertise of Alvin Tan, founder of Divine Space, and Wayne Lee, founder of Vimbox, Divine Space began its journey as a dynamic design and build firm. This partnership capitalizes on a skilled workforce of over 50 professionals, firmly establishing the company as both BCA-certified builders and HDB-licensed contractors.

With more than a decade of experience and over 300 successfully completed projects, Divine Space has grown into a trusted name in the industry. The company now boasts a team of over 100 technically proficient individuals specializing in design, project management, and construction.

Our extensive in-house resources, including carpentry, steelwork, and glazing fabrication, provide us with complete control over both project speed and quality. This ensures that every project is delivered with precision, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence.
